Consultant - Procurement Industry Professional

ArcBlue is searching for exceptional Consultants to join our growing team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will deliver procurement advisory projects to ArcBlue clients in Hong Kong with the potential to support projects across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing strategic procurement and complex sourcing events
• Ability to conduct a variety of project types, such as assessing procurement capabilities, formulating category strategies, developing procurement policies and frameworks, analysing spend and identifying savings opportunities, reviewing and selecting procurement systems, developing procurement training materials, and social and sustainable procurement
• Excellent writing skills and ability to provide subject matter expertise to project teams
• Business development skills and ability to assist with development of quotations and bid responses
• Internal support skills to support internal ArcBlue development projects and practices across business systems, IT, strategic planning, and marketing
