Customer Service Representative with French

Act as the main contact for customers and manage daily communication, manage the full order cycle from order entry to delivery in SAP, and cooperate with sales, supply chain, and production teams.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or order management
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and French
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
