Job Description
Arcesium is seeking a Head of Middle Market Sales to build and lead a high-performing sales organization targeting mid-market financial institutions and asset managers. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, entrepreneurial drive, and hands-on sales leadership in a complex B2B technology environment. The company emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and employee development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership within financial technology.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a new High Velocity sales organization (preferably from zero to meaningful ARR).
- Deep understanding of financial data workflows – portfolio management, risk, operations, or data management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with complex sales cycles ($250k–$2M+ ACV).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational discipline.
