CNC Machinist / Operator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist / Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality precision components by setting up and operating CNC equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience or progression from a CNC Operator role
• Ability to perform basic machine set-ups and adjustments
• Strong understanding of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and continue developing technical skills
