
Job description
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for greeting guests and members, processing transactions, and maintaining facility cleanliness. The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to handle money, and knowledge of the facility and its amenities.
The Front Desk Associate will ensure the 'Arch Amenities Group Experience' for members and guests, process transactions, handle money, and contribute to facility cleanliness. They will also be responsible for reporting incidents, submitting paperwork, and maintaining accurate department maintenance procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethic. They should be able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously, have a professional manner, discretion, and appearance, and be able to lift 25 lbs.
