
Job description
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for greeting guests and members, maintaining facility standards, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires developing strong relationships, processing transactions, and contributing to facility cleanliness. The Front Desk Associate will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with members and guests, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the 'Arch Amenities Group Experience' for members and guests, adhering to facility and company policies, and reporting incidents or accidents. The Front Desk Associate will also develop and maintain accurate department maintenance procedures, maintain a monthly inventory of supplies, and become knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities.
This role requires excellent communication, customer service skills, and a professional manner. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously, work efficiently, and maintain a high level of organization. The Front Desk Associate will also need to be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
