Nail Technician

Role Overview

The Nail Technician is responsible for performing nail care services and working with the highest quality of customer service. The role is part of the Spa Operations department and reports to the General Manager.

What You Will Do

Perform nail services, maintain customer service standards, and adhere to company policies. This includes performing nail grooming, polish application, massage, and exfoliation services, as well as recommending products and treatments to guests.

• Valid state license in nail services
• Previous nail technician experience
• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa
• Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
• Strong team player
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
• Good verbal and written skills
• A comfort level with product recommendations
