Nail Technician

Role Overview

The Nail Technician is responsible for performing nail care services and working with the highest quality of customer service at The Alluvian Hotel & Spa in Greenwood, MS. The role requires maintaining standards set in Arch Amenities Group Mission Statement/Values and adhering to policies of Arch Amenities Group.

What You Will Do

Perform nail services, assess contraindications of guests, meet guest needs, and maintain the highest level of nail care knowledge. Clean and disinfect equipment, answer guest questions, and recommend products for home use.

The ideal candidate will have a valid state license in nail services, previous nail technician experience, and excellent customer service skills. They should be able to build rapport with guests, explain various treatments/services, and work efficiently in a team environment.

• Valid state license in nail services
• Previous nail technician experience
• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa
• Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
