
Job description
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for greeting guests and members, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring a positive experience for customers. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle transactions and maintain facility cleanliness.
Key responsibilities include processing transactions, handling money, and contributing to facility cleanliness. The Front Desk Associate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists, and maintaining a monthly inventory of supplies and products.
This role is a great fit for individuals who are customer-focused, organized, and able to work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
