National Leadership Formation Coordinator

The Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a National Leadership Formation Coordinator to develop and implement the leadership formation program for National Pastoral Migratoria in immigrant parish communities across the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in theology, Social Sciences, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in social ministry with a personal and/or professional history with immigrant communities
• Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in ministry, pastoral formation, and leadership development
• Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms and online platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams)
