The Assistant Concessions Manager assists the Concessions Manager in day-to-day operations, customer service, and merchandising, leading team members through event preparation, execution, and close out, and providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Motivate, lead, train, and instruct team members
- Meet and exceed organizational goals through optimal utilization of personnel and resources
- Ensure a consistent, quality experience for clientele
- Oversee concessions cashiers and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Oversee cooking, cleaning, and product storage following health department standards
- Ensure product availability and provide outstanding customer service
- Conduct product inventory and oversee overall cleanliness of the complex
- Respond to incidents and complete incident reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
