Job Description
Central Catholic High School is seeking a passionate and organized Director of Campus Ministry to lead evangelization efforts within their school community. This role involves overseeing programing, personnel, and mentors, nurturing the spiritual lives of students through various programs and mentorship opportunities. The school emphasizes Marianist education, reflecting Christian values and fostering transformative encounters with God.
Requirements
- Practicing Catholic with a degree in theology, ministry, or a related field and/or demonstrated training expertise in ministry.
- Three years of full-time ministry experience or equivalent.
- Supervisory experience.
- Supervisory experience in a mentoring role.
- Experience working in a high-school-level setting with all-male student environment.
- Familiarity with and/or a member of the Marianist Family.
- Experience recruiting, training, and supervising assistant retreat leaders.
