Parish Outreach Coordinator

Catholic Charities' Parish Outreach Coordinator manages community outreach programs and supports local parishes. The role involves creating engagement strategies, promoting Catholic Charities programs, fundraising, and supporting the President/CEO. Responsibilities include parish and community outreach, facilitating communications, coordinating programs, and answering requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in mission-driven outreach
• 2+ years of faith-based experience
• Experience working with clergy
• Experience working in deadline-driven environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Knowledge of Catholic Social teaching and parish protocols
• Knowledge of Catholic Mass essentials
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Good written and verbal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
