The Inside Sales Representative role involves managing customer connections, facilitating communication, and resolving issues between customers, plant, and various departments. The representative will follow established procedures, provide accurate information, and act as a customer advocate.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day activities and execution of customer connection
- Follow established contract review procedures and provide accurate quoting, order entry, status, shipments, returns, credits, and customer portals
- Act as a customer advocate and drive Ease of Doing Business with Arconic
- Provide objective feedback to commercial and marketing teams
- Serve as the liaison for issue resolution between the customer, plant, quality, supply chain, and finance
- Provide support to Account Managers, Sales Directors, and Marketing Managers to negotiate competitive pricing, quality, delivery, and lead-time with customers
