Ardent Communities is a premier Multi-Family Property Management Company based in Westerville, Ohio, looking for a Leasing Consultant to join their team across Central Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a positive professional appearance and attitude, sales and customer service experience preferred, and be able to work a varied schedule.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive professional personal appearance and attitude
• Ensure Sales Areas are always “show ready”
• Create/Manage/Maintain Phone, Email and In Person Leads
• Greet and Build Rapport with all Potential and Current Residents
• Effectively Communicate with Prospective Residents
• Provide in person tours, virtual tours, etc. on a daily basis
• Be sales driven, create urgency and excitement to close the lease
• Follow Up on all Potential Residents via email, phone, texts, etc.
• Create/Update Online Ads to drive traffic to your community
• Work within AppFolio (Management Software) to manage leads, prepare lease paperwork, enter maintenance tickets, etc.
• Must be able to work within Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Be creative, have fun and be a team player
