Role Overview

Assist in the identification, analysis, and execution of potential investment opportunities in the Ardian Infrastructure team. Provide a global view on infrastructure private equity investment from deal sourcing and execution to asset management and client management.

What You Will Do

Support investment teams with financial analysis and valuation, financial modelling, and preparation of internal deal material. Analyze new deal opportunities and investment perimeters, and support asset management activities.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic qualifications from a leading business school or university
• Completed Bachelor's or advanced Master's degree
• Relevant prior internships in related fields (e.g. M&A, strategy consulting, leveraged finance, Private Equity, infrastructure, or transaction services at a leading auditing company)
• Good commercial understanding of Private Equity
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation techniques
• Knowledge of financial modelling and LBO structuring
• Competency in MS office product suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
