Role Overview

Join Ardian Infrastructure Frankfurt office as an intern to perform due diligence, research, analysis, and decision-making documents of transactions. Develop financial models to value target companies and collaborate with colleagues on various projects and initiatives.

What You Will Do

Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and decision-making documents of transactions. Develop financial models to value target companies. Conduct research on sectors identified through origination activities.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's program or pursuing an advanced Master's degree
• Exceptional academic achievements from a top-tier business school or university
• Relevant prior internships in related fields (e.g. Private Equity, M&A, Consulting)
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional fluency in English, additional European language skill incl. German is preferred
