Arealytics is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to meet ongoing revenue growth targets in their market, analyze industry trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, able to build rapport with customers, and have exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Meet prospective and existing clients in-person at their office on an ongoing basis
- Generate new revenue targets by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales targets
- Meet sales revenue targets
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
- Submit contracts following company pricing policies and procedures
- Keep management informed by actively maintaining all activity in the CRM
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; and making recommendations to management
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies
- Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of Arealytics
