Vice President, Construction Management, North America

The Vice President of Delivery (Construction) is a leadership role responsible for executing the delivery strategy for Ada's construction development in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The successful candidate will leverage a combination of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, while remaining aligned with Ada's technical, commercial, and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience delivering complex, capital-intensive construction projects with at least 5+ years in leadership/management
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale CSA and MEP-intensive programs; data center or mission-critical facilities experience required
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects with geographically distributed SME support teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing large capital budgets and contractual risk
• Deep understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, and delivery models
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with evolving priorities
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate and influence across functions and externally with partners and customers
