Join ArianeGroup and contribute to the conquest of space innovation as a Conventional Inspection Technician. You will be assigned to the machining sector and responsible for validating the compliance of machined aluminum parts produced by the unit.
Requirements
- Check and attest the compliance of products in the mechanical, dimensional fields using conventional control tools
- Report the execution documentation associated with Order of Fabrication
- Identify and declare deviations/non-compliances in SAP / PLM information systems
- Apply catalogs of acceptable defects
- Ensure tracking of non-compliances and conduct necessary control actions
- Confine/isolate products by applying flames or putting them into quarantine
- Ensure perfect traceability of work performed
- Participate in risk analysis, root cause searches of anomalies
- Propose improvements of procedures, conduct corrective actions
- Establish Control documentation of each accepted specimen in software
- Ensure information is sent to the hierarchy
- Perform periodic control of tools
- Participate in case packing and ensure physical and documentary compliance to validate shipping
