Senior Technical Program Manager

Arine is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and clinical services company that uses software platform (SaaS) to introduce a patient-centric view to medication management and develop personalized care plans on a massive scale. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead program delivery for our Scrum teams and cross-functional strategic roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

• Serve as the Senior Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master for 2–3 engineering teams, owning both day-to-day execution and cross-team program delivery.
• Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives and client implementations, ensuring smooth integration and on-time delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, while continuously improving team effectiveness.
