Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an area with similar study focus, and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner
- Expertise with a broad base of digital web and mobile products, technologies, platforms, patterns, frameworks, and methodologies
- Knowledge of technical development documentation methodologies and technologies (Visio, UML, object modeling, etc.)
- Experience developing and refining standard methodologies for the implementation and maintenance of e-Commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytics assets
- Command of sound software build principles and patterns
- Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts
- Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated concepts with both technical and non-technical collaborators
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives
- Experience leading projects accomplished using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
