Job description
The Knowledge Management Engineer (KME) supports EUCOM's Knowledge Management team in delivering innovative solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. The KME will work with USEUCOM staff to capture requirements, define use cases, and translate operational needs into solutions.
The KME will map processes, gather data, and analyze operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. They will develop and deliver training, workshops, and user guides to drive adoption of KM tools. The KME will design, implement, and improve KM platforms and digital workflows to support EUCOM mission requirements.
The KME will work as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and action officers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to brief senior leaders, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
