Arkema, a global leader in specialty acrylates and methacrylates, is recruiting a Synthesis R&D Engineer for its Research Center in Oise, near Paris and the Paris-CDG airport. The successful candidate will develop new products, pilot R&D projects, and lead a team of technicians.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry, ideally focused on polymers/coatings
• At least 5 years of experience in research and development
• Ability to work autonomously, manage projects, and lead a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
• Fluent in English
