Coating Technician

Role Overview

Our plant operates 24/7, offering multiple shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. You may be trained on a different shift initially before starting on your actual shift.

What You Will Do

Ensure efficient setup and production of quality material on assigned coating lines, coordinate job changeovers, and accurately record production data.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We require a high school diploma or higher, at least one year of plant and/or manufacturing experience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Minimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
• Ability to resolve issues or problems
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient organization and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
