Facilities & Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support the preventive maintenance and facility reliability efforts at our manufacturing site. This role is responsible for performing scheduled maintenance on coating and production equipment and assisting with service activities for critical facility systems.

What You Will Do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant utilities, including air compressors, nitrogen generators, RO water systems, chillers, HVAC units, and other process support equipment. Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new facility equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance preferred
• Working knowledge of Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, Building Maintenance, Plumbing and HVAC Systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout, fire safety systems
• Ability to follow preventive maintenance schedules and respond to equipment issues effectively
