Area Superintendent

Aro Homes is seeking an experienced Area Superintendent to lead the LA market expansion. The role will oversee construction projects and field teams, focusing on safety, quality, and team capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of general construction experience in the single-family residential space.
• At least 3 years of experience as a manager or team leader.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proven ability to train and support teams across multiple construction sites.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
