Superintendent

Aro Homes is a thriving company on a mission to redefine residential construction. We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the full construction process of Aro Homes projects. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of hands-on experience in single-family construction, a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of general construction experience in the single family residential space
• 3+ years as a Superintendent with a successful tracker record
• OSHA 30 certification
• Advanced understanding of all stages of the homebuilding process
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to speed, quality and safety
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital project management systems (e.g. Procore, Buildertrend, P6, Jira)
