Job Description
ACAP is seeking Ed Tech II or Ed Tech III to assist teachers in implementing program activities, facilitating parent engagement, and maintaining center operations. The role involves classroom supervision, program planning, and assisting with home visits. Educational certifications and experience with children's needs are required.
Requirements
- Experience and skill requirements: 1-2 years of experience working with children in a child care setting. Classroom in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to communicate with young children
- High School education or equivalent
- Current CDA, minimum of 60 college credits
- BHP may be required
- Head Start Performance Standards
- Child Care License Regulations
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Must pass required background checks
