Director of Engineering

Array Marketing is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the global direction of engineering across a distributed organization. The successful candidate will oversee Development, Detailing, and Engineering functions, ensuring alignment between global strategy and regional execution.

Requirements

• Minimum Executive experience
• Strong technical depth across manufacturing engineering environments
• Advanced SolidWorks expertise
• Hands-on experience with PDM Vault, SolidWorks Manage, and DriveWorks
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with engineering data, BOMs, and downstream manufacturing processes
• Project management experience
• Ability to lead technical design, planning, prioritization, and execution
• Strong organizational discipline under compressed timelines
• Ability to travel intermittently domestically and internationally
