Array Marketing is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their evening shift team. The role involves managing day-to-day production operations, inspiring and guiding a team, and ensuring assembly operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Manager/Supervisor
• Operations leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Supervisory experience managing large teams
• Core manufacturing principles, including metrics management, capacity planning, financial budgeting, labour planning, scheduling, material flow, inventory management, lead time, and waste reduction
