Sustainability Manager

We are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our team at Array Marketing. The role will involve leading client-facing sustainability work, owning carbon and emissions analysis, and supporting sustainability reporting and disclosures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental management within manufacturing, industrial, retail fixtures, signage, or similar operational environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting, the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, GHG inventories, emissions reporting, and carbon analysis methodologies such as LCA and EcoDesign.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks including CDP and EcoVadis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to present to clients and sales teams.
• Ability to build strong relationships across sales, operations, procurement, and technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment with a commercial mindset.
