We are seeking a Video Content & Performance Specialist to be a core part of our global Performance Marketing team, responsible for the end-to-end production of compelling video content that fuels paid advertising campaigns, drives website engagement, and supports multiple brands worldwide.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on professional experience in video editing and production, focused heavily on digital advertising and social media platforms.
- Expert knowledge of video editing suites, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and how video structure impacts audience engagement and conversion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate creative feedback and testing results across global teams.
