The Specialty Sales Representative is responsible for driving brand awareness and product adoption within an assigned geography following launch.
Requirements
- Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans
- Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements
- Build strong professional relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Establish credibility as a trusted, reliable resource through consistent follow-through and value-driven interactions
- Proactively identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use
- Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics, partnering with internal teams to support patient access and remove barriers
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and execute all activities in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and required training
