Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with a focus on data, AI, or digital transformation
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to link data and AI solutions to measurable business outcomes
- Experience in managing teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering collaboration across disciplines
- Ability to identify and develop business opportunities through client interactions
- Passion for data and AI, with a continuous learning mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English and French or Dutch
- Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office
