Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in operational consulting or consumer engagement field
- Global operation project experiences are essential, experience in consumer electronics is preferred
- Strong at strategic thinking about consumer engagement, being able to translate conceptual needs into structural and actionable solution
- Be efficient on slides writing and analysis methodolgy building through excel, always generating specific & quality content
- Solid project management capability for consumer engagement chapter
- Master E2E knowledge across AIPL funnel, different ecosystems (especially wechat) and problem solving journey
- Well understand digital trend, mainstream digital products or tools and high level technical language
