We are recruiting a Director of Business Development in the distribution sector to establish lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships with Canadian companies and help them overcome their procurement challenges while optimizing their costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of electrical, electronic, automation, or industrial technical components
• Experience in international procurement (overseas)
• Bilingualism is required (French and English, both orally and in writing)
• Master of the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High sense of professionalism, high commitment, and ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
• Creative spirit, autonomy, rigor, and efficiency
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Availability for international travel (1 to 2 times per year)
