Role Overview

Manage a portfolio of multi-contractual clients, including collection and processing of variable pay elements, issuance of pay slips, and social declarations.

What You Will Do

Collection and processing of variable pay elements, issuance of pay slips, management of social declarations, social counseling for clients, social vigilance, and relations with social organizations.

3+ years of experience in an accounting expertise firm, training in payroll or HR, mastery of a payroll software, and ability to manage several collective conventions simultaneously.

Requirements

• Training in payroll or HR — BTS, License or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting expertise firm
• Mastery of a payroll software (Silae, Sage, Cegid...)
• Rigor, discretion, and customer service sense
• Ability to manage several collective conventions simultaneously
