Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B client engagement, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the social impact or nonprofit sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident interacting with C-level executives.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and highly energetic.
- Strong analytical, time-management, and organizational skills.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B account management and business development results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
