Senior Legal Counsel Employment & Labor Law (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for our Employment & Labor Law team. You will advise HR and management on German and EU employment law, represent Arthrex in German labor court, and support employee relations. You will also collaborate closely with Legal, HR, and Compliance on governance and risk topics.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd exam) with extensive experience in employment & labor law
• Strong expertise in German employment & labor law representing employers alongside a good understanding of EU/EMEA frameworks
• Proven experience in labor court proceedings with background in multinational environments; HR advisory experience is essential
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills alongside high integrity, independence, and ability to manage complex cross-border matters
• Fluent German and English skills, experience in both law firm and in-house roles preferred
