Job Description
Lead architecture and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, define AI roadmap, design and deploy LLM-based applications, drive model development, and mentor AI teams.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras
- Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, and deep learning models
- Hands-on with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and MLOps
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
