We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans for children and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for working collaboratively to create positive outcomes for children and families
