Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for working collaboratively to create positive outcomes for children and families
