Early Interventionist/ Infant Development Specialist (Home Visits)

Ascend seeks an Early Interventionist/Infant Development Specialist to provide home visits to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and/or disabilities in San Joaquin County, CA.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of one year of experience in early intervention working with special needs children ages 0 to 3
• Experience working with children in a home environment is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes
