
Job description
The Financial Analyst role is responsible for preparing sophisticated plan design proposals and financial analyses involving complex funding of non-qualified executive benefit programs. This includes working closely with Senior Consultants to provide plan modeling and funding solutions, developing relationships with insurance carriers, and utilizing software to prepare financial modeling.
Develops and maintains relationships with insurance carriers, prepares accurate financial modeling for new and existing non-qualified executive benefit clients, and provides detailed modeling assumptions and analysis.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics and 0-3 years of experience in the retirement services industry.
