
Job description
As our next Partner Solutions hire, you will lead post-sale success, implementation, adoption, and retention efforts for Ascertain's most strategic partners. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, or SaaS implementation who is excited to build a high-impact function from the ground up.
Own partner success after the sale by leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term retention efforts for strategic healthcare customers. Serve as the primary partner contact, building relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in relationship management, transformational implementations, and operational problem-solving. You will help define Ascertain's partner success strategy, create scalable processes and playbooks, and shape the overall customer experience.
