
Job description
This is the first dedicated growth marketer on the participant side. You'll set things up from the ground up, then run them. You'll own participant growth end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle.
Setup attribution, performance metrics, and dashboards. Set strategy and execute across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, and communities. Turn new signups into verified, active, repeat participants.
You'll need 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally some of it supply-side at a marketplace or consumer at scale. You'll need to be data fluent, comfortable using AI to slice and dice data, and across modern analytics tools.
