Senior UX Designer

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who thrives on solving real user problems through thoughtful, end-to-end design. This role is based in-person at our office in Brisbane, Australia. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll work closely with product and engineering to define and deliver features, and advocate for the user and bring research insights into product strategy.

What You Will Do

Discovery and defining problems through user interviews, testing, and data, designing intuitive, user-centred experiences across web and mobile, collaborating closely with product and engineering to define and deliver features, and shipping real things with your squad.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience working as a product designer, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
• A portfolio with case studies that show your thinking, not just outcomes
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong capability in interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture
• An eye for detail—you take pride in the craft and polish of your work
