The SS&C Academy team focuses on developing scalable learning solutions that support business growth and capability building. In this internship, you will help transform how learning data is analyzed and used for decision-making.
You will analyze data, develop automation solutions, and translate insights into meaningful improvements for learning strategies. Your main responsibilities will be: Develop dashboards, macros or scripts to streamline reporting workflows, Combine multiple data sources into clear and structured training portfolio insights, Analyze learning data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities, Support automation of skills and learning needs analysis across teams, Create user-friendly reporting tools for business partners and other stakeholders, Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, Document processes and ensure sustainable handover of developed solutions.
To be suitable for the internship, you: Are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, business analytics, business economics, information management, or a related field, Have strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and automation tools, Are proficient in Excel (including macros or VBA) and Power BI or similar data visualization tools; experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools is a plus, Are proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment, Have strong English communication skills and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
