Job Description
The Structural Welder is responsible for designing, laying out, and fabricating metal framework for Heavy/Structural construction, with a primary focus on welding pile on bridge construction sites.
Requirements
- Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately.
- Follow direction of Foreman and Equipment Operators as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite
- Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding, applying knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal machining weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.
