APM CUA 5 is looking for a Life Skills Coach to provide home and community life skills education and intervention services to children, youth, and their caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a minimum of two years of work experience in social services with youth and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum of two years of work experience in social services with youth and families
- Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong organizational skills and discretion dealing with confidential information
- Experience in outreach activities, familiarity with diverse populations in low-income areas
- Demonstrated written, oral communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Valid driver's license
